Esta tarta es muy apropiada para aprovechar las tabletas de turrón que quedan en el armario después de las navidades. No tengo foto del corte porque fue para llevar a una cena a casa de unos amigos y no era plan ponerse a hacer fotos en la mesa…
INGREDIENTES:
1 litro de nata 35% materia grasa
1 sobre de flan Royal de 8 raciones
1 tableta de turrón de Jijona
PREPARACIÓN:
Se trituran todos los ingredientes con batidora, la nata sin montar, y se ponen al fuego hasta que empiecen a hervir. A continuación se retira del fuego; todo esto sin dejar de remover para que no se agarre al fondo.
En un molde ligeramente caramelizado, puede ser también con caramelo líquido, se vierte la mezcla anterior y cuando enfríe se introduce en la nevera. Es mejor hacerla el día anterior.
Se desmolda y se decora con bizcochos duros partidos por la mitad y se espolvorea con virutas de chocolate.
Seguro que riquísima aunque no veamos el corte.
